Roll-out projects
This is the most frequently repeating scenario for international companies, which are strategically and globally managed. By the correct dose of savings on the side of processes unification into the whole structure of enterprises and by conservation and use of the possibilities of international ERP system is certainly the most effective way of establishing and operating the ERP system. Of course, that in practice some of the projects proved less successful and too expensive. We also have been personally witnessed such a rollout project, when the end user in the Czech Republic believed that "SAP cannot speak Czech”. The correct dosage of each ingredient may provide satisfaction on all sides of project participants.
Roll-out projects
By roll-out project we mean the implementation of an information system which ensures compatibility of the local subsidiary with the parent company abroad. The information system is thus configured practically in the same form as it is operated by the parent company. However, at the same time the local implementation has to conform to the local legislative requirements and specifications. Such a project is logically more demanding than the "implementation from scratch" and places greater demands on both parties - supplier and customer.
