ICT projects issues can be dealt with at least two different angles. One is the technological angle. How the technology supports my current ideas and requirements and how far into the future it will be enough? Choosing the right technology is an important factor because it is an "investment protection". Where does the real difference lie?

Even the smallest detail when neglected may cause functional limitations, unnecessary additional costs, and hamper use….examples of this are well documented That is why there are average, good and outstanding architects. The other aspect of this work is communication with the client. Having created an open and deep working relationship between the architect and the client, both parties are aware of all possibilities, risks and potentials. An outstanding architect then “must know what the customer wants better than the customer themselves“. From the average architect, “who does not ask questions and works without consultation“, the customer gets “something that somewhat resembles what they wanted and is overpriced“. From the outstanding architect, the customer gets a fine-tuned solution. Ironically the customer may pay more for the outstanding architect (yet often this is not the case), but nevertheless during the entire implementation he saves more due to a well designed project. This is not mentioning the overall satisfaction with the result. That is why our mission is to be a “friendly professional“, in other words, the best “architect“ who will “build“ the best possible solution within the best attainable price/performance.
