6th annual conference DOCURIDE

On October 9 - 10, 2013 in Jihlava took place already sixth annual professional conference for Enterprise Content Management DOCURIDE, which we organized. Read more about it.

One of the main themes of this year's DOCURIDE conference was again legislation on electronic archiving and authenticity of digital documents, as well as electronic invoicing in practice, certification audit of document management and practical aspects of the new Civil Code for entrepreneurs.

Representatives of OpenText, Microsoft, Nintex and ABBYY presented current trends and technological news in ECM. There were also reports of practical experience of customers with deploying ECM systems and examples of specific solutions for efficient work with documents.

Much of the program was devoted to innovations such as collaboration and the growing importance of internal social networks as a source of corporate knowledge, mobility, through which it is possible to gain access to the latest logistics and customer data, powerful tools on SAP platform for analyzing data in real-time and modern approaches in human resources.

The conference was attended by leading experts in the field of electronic documents doc. JUDr. Radim Polčák, Ph.D., Head of the Institute of Law and Technology from the Masaryk University, Tomáš Bezouška, president of the Information and Records Management Society association, Mr. Zdeněk Červený, Head of VAT Department of the General Financial Directorate, ing. Petr Kuchař, a representative of the Czech Republic in Multinational forum for e-invoicing, shareholder of ABRA Software and a member of the board of ICT Union, and other prominent speakers such as ing. Petr Viktora, a partner at Deloitte Advisory, ing. Zdeněk Šimek, Ph.D., deputy HR in VZP, president of the Banks and Insurance Companies Association and Vice President of People Management Forum and many others.

DOCURIDE conference has gained many supporters during its existence who attend the conference repeatedly. This year there was more than 100 people, representatives of important companies and experts in the field of ECM.
