The survey of our customers’ satisfaction for the calendar year of 2019 was conducted from 16 to 27 March 2020.
The objective of the survey, which has been held for the ninth time, was to find out how the customers perceived their co-operation with Sabris and how they evaluated the quality of the solutions and services. We examined all the answers obtained and we are happy to say that the results are mostly positive.
The overall satisfaction of customers reached 84%, which is 2% more compared to last year and a 5-year high.

Of course, we will strive to maintain the quality of our services and look for ways to improve our co-operation with those customers who expressed a low satisfaction or lower satisfaction than in the previous year.
Facts and numbers
- The survey included only companies to which we billed our solutions/services in the given year.
- We contacted a total of 331 persons and obtained 83 answers.
- For individual persons, the response rate was 25% and, for companies, it reached an impressive value of 58%.
Which is indeed a great number given that many companies dealt with various measures related to COVID-19 at the time of the survey. Thank you very much!
